Camarena Health sought to refresh its brand identity to better reflect its growth and the expanding range of services it offers. As the organization evolved, it recognized that its existing logo and branding no longer fully captured its modern approach to healthcare or its commitment to innovation and community well-being. The client aimed to create a more cohesive and contemporary brand identity that would resonate with current and future patients, emphasizing accessibility, clarity, and the high-quality care they provide. The refresh was also intended to strengthen their presence in a competitive healthcare landscape, ensuring that their visual identity aligned with their mission of delivering comprehensive, compassionate care.

The original Camarena Health logo featured a heart shape with a sun rising over a horizon, using four different color gradients that added depth and warmth. However, these gradients posed challenges in maintaining clarity and consistency across various mediums. Additionally, the logo had a few subtle imperfections that required refinement.
The refreshed logo adopts a flat, solid-color approach, resulting in a more streamlined and contemporary look. This update enhances clarity and simplicity, ensuring the logo is versatile and effective in various applications. This update gives the logo a sleek, modern feel that aligns with Camarena Health's current identity and its focus on accessible, modern healthcare.
A lot of care and detail went into refining Camarena Health’s heart symbol. The mark is constructed using simple geometric shapes to create an implied sun rising behind a horizon of hills. This refinement reinforces the organization’s commitment to compassionate care.
